Future Artists Youth Acting Intensive (Ages 10–16) Train Like a Working Actor in a Real North Hollywood Theater! Dates: Aug 10 – Aug 14, 2026 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Full Day) Location: LACAE Theater, Camarillo St., NoHo Arts District Pricing: $395 Train Like a Pro This Summer Give your young performer the opportunity to train like a working actor! The Future Artists Youth Intensive is an immersive performing arts program where students strengthen acting technique, build confidence, and master stage and screen performance. Led by working Hollywood pros inside LACAE's professional NoHo theater, teens learn scene study, digital storytelling, TV comedy, and audition skills. Whether preparing for high school, college, or auditions, our instructors challenge students to make bold, authentic choices in a supportive environment. Camera & Comedy (Aug 10–14 | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) On-Camera Acting • TV Comedy • Audition Skills • Self-Tapes Students step in front of the lens to master camera technique, comedy structure, audition skills, and digital performance. Grand Finale: A live showcase performance at 4:30 PM Friday on the LACAE stage for family and friends! (LAUSD Families: Special prorated options available.) Intensive Highlights Working Industry Pros: Taught directly by Hollywood professionals. Screen Essentials: Comprehensive on-camera training. Pro Facility: Train inside a working theater in the NoHo Arts District. Small Ensembles: Personal guidance tailored to each student. Parent Convenience: Full 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM daily coverage.
