Future Artists of Los Angeles (FALA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization dedicated to empowering artists at every stage of their creative journey through accessible training, mentorship, performance opportunities, and community-centered arts programming. Through our flagship initiative, the Los Angeles Community of Acting & Entertainment (LACAE), we provide professional artistic training, public programming, creative development opportunities, and collaborative artistic experiences designed to support both emerging and established artists across Los Angeles.
Founded by artists, educators, and industry professionals, FALA was created to help preserve rigorous artistic training while building a broader creative ecosystem where artists can train, collaborate, develop new work, and engage with the wider community through the arts. Today, our theater and community spaces serve as hubs for workshops, performances, showcases, staged readings, artist collaborations, and public events led by working industry professionals.
FALA is committed to increasing access to high-quality arts education and creative opportunity. Through scholarships, tuition assistance, low-cost workshops, public programming, donated and discounted creative space, and nonprofit collaborations, we work to reduce financial barriers and strengthen artistic community throughout Los Angeles.
Over the past year, FALA has provided more than $30,000 in tuition assistance and scholarships while continuing to expand artistic programming, community partnerships, and accessible creative opportunities for artists across a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels.
Your support helps fund scholarships, expand public arts programming, support community partnerships, and create spaces where artists can train, collaborate, perform, and share new work. Together, we are helping build a more accessible and connected creative community in Los Angeles.
