Service Description
Experience Level: All Levels Great for: Performing artists who want to find more self-expression, freedom, and play in their work. Improv Your Spirit is a 4-week experiential workshop for anyone seeking deeper self-expression through presence, play, and intuitive exploration in everyday life or creative spaces. Using the principles of improvisation as a tool for personal awareness and creative discovery, this workshop blends ensemble-building, somatic awareness, and improvisational techniques to explore impulse, imagination, authentic voice, and your spirit: the most authentic expression of who you are beneath expectation, habit, and performance. Explorers will engage in movement-based exercises, partner work, open scene exploration, and reflective practices that encourage authentic expression, emotional availability, creative trust, and embodied listening. Each 2-hour session invites you to release self-judgment, deepen intuitive response, and move with greater freedom and authenticity in everyday life and in creative spaces. This adventure is for anyone curious about what becomes possible when you stop trying to get it right and begin exploring from your authentic self, trusting your instincts, embracing the freedom of play, and yes, improv-ing your spirit.
